Resignation of Auditor

Nord Gold plc («Nordgold» or the «Company»), the internationally diversified gold producer, announces that Deloitte LLP has resigned as auditor of the Company effective 30 June 2022.

Deloitte LLP’s statement of reasons related to the resignation is attached.
