Notice of Q1 2013 Financial Results

Amsterdam, May 13, 2013 – Nord Gold N.V. ("Nordgold" or "the Company", LSE: NORD) will announce its IFRS results for the first quarter of 2013 on Wednesday, May 15, 2013. The Company will hold a presentation at 2pm London time (BST) (5pm Moscow time) on the same day.

The financial results will be presented by Nordgold’s Chief Executive Officer, Nikolai Zelenski, and Chief Financial Officer, Sergey Zinkovich.

The presentation will be held in English and will be made via a telephone conference with an accompanying webcast.

Telephone conference and Q&A session
