(Amsterdam, November 13, 2012) — Nord Gold N.V. ("Nordgold" or "the Company", LSE: NORD) is to announce its IFRS financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2012 at 7:00 am GMT on Friday, November 16.

Nordgold’s CEO, Nikolai Zelenski, and CFO, Sergey Zinkovich, will present the Company’s financial results via a telephone conference the same day at 09:00 GMT (13:00 Moscow time).
