More than Gold — Nordgold Launches New Brand Concept

Nordgold, an established pure-play gold producer focussed on emerging markets and a wholly-owned subsidiary of OAO Severstal, announces results for the three months ended 31 March 2011 (“Q1 2011”). Nord Gold N.V. (“Nordgold”) reports 2011 first quarter results.

The new theme was discussed over a few months with employees and third-party experts taking into account key target features of the Nordgold brand and experience of other international enterprises. Creative Network Agency assisted in the development of the new brand concept design.

The new concept includes a branding system for the whole company and its business units, and the new corporate style for all Nordgold businesses.

Nordgold will use its new slogan, More than Gold, on corporate souvenirs, personal protective equipment, signage, documents, advertising and other branded products.
