Nordgold completes conversion to plc
London, United Kingdom, 24 March 2021 — Nord Gold plc ("Nordgold" or the "Company"), the internationally diversified gold producer, announces that it has completed its conversion from a UK Societas to a public limited liability company registered in England and Wales (“plc”) (“Conversion”).
The Conversion was registered by Companies House as of 23 March 2021 and the Company’s registration number was amended to: 13287342.
The Conversion was approved by Nordgold’s shareholders at a General Meeting held on 12 March 2021.
