Nordgold Converts to UK Societas Status

London, United Kingdom, 18 January 2021 — Nord Gold UK Societas (“Nordgold” or the “Company”), the internationally diversified gold producer, confirms it was automatically converted by operation of law from a UK registered Societas Europaea to a UK Societas on 31 December 2020, following the end of the Brexit transition period. Nordgold remains domiciled in the United Kingdom and formed in accordance with UK law.

The Company address remains unchanged.
