Nordgold Directors’ and Manager’s Interests in GDRs
Further to the prior announcements on 15 June 2012 and 27 June 2012, the Company announces that it has registered, in accordance with chapter 5.3 of the Dutch Act on Financial Supervision, the interests of Mr Mordashov, Mr Nikolay Zelenskiy and Mr Oleg Pelevin following the sale (effective as per 29 June 2012) by a company owned by Mr Mordashov of 2,511,559 GDRs to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr Nikolay Zelenskiy, and 1,076,383 GDRs to the Company’s head of strategy, Mr Oleg Pelevin. Following the notifications of those sales, their interests in the Company are as follows:
