(“Nordgold” or the “Company”, LSE: NORD), the internationally diversified low-cost gold producer, was held on Tuesday, 31 May 2016 at 10.00 am CET at Apollolaan 15, 1077 AB Amsterdam, the Netherlands. At the Meeting, the resolutions set out in the notice of the Meeting were proposed and passed on a poll.
