Notice of First Quarter 2016 Financial Results

Amsterdam, Netherlands, 11 May 2016 - Nord Gold N.V. ("Nordgold" or "the Company", LSE: NORD), the internationally diversified low-cost gold producer, will announce its IFRS results for the first quarter ended 31 March 2016 on Monday, 16 May 2016.

Telephone Conference and Q&A Session

The Company will hold an analyst conference call at 2.00 pm BST (4.00 pm Moscow time) on Monday, 16 May 2016. The presentation will be held in English and will be made via a telephone conference with an accompanying webcast.
