Notice of Q3 2013 Financial Results

Amsterdam, Netherlands, October 31, 2013 – Nord Gold N.V. ("Nordgold" or "the Company", LSE: NORD) will announce its IFRS results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2013 on Monday, November 11, 2013.

The Company will hold an analyst conference call at 12:00 pm London time (GMT) (4:00 pm Moscow time) on November 11, 2013. The presentation will be held in English and will be made via a telephone conference with an accompanying webcast.

Telephone Conference and Q&A Session

The financial results for the third quarter and the first nine months of 2013 will be presented during a telephone conference.
