Notice of Q4 and FY 2012 Financial Results

Amsterdam, February 26, 2013 - Nord Gold N.V. ("Nordgold" or "the Company", LSE: NORD) will announce its IFRS financial results for Q4 and full year 2012 at 07:00 London time (GMT) on Friday, March 01, 2013. The Company will hold a presentation at 12pm London time (GMT) on Monday, March 04, 2013. The presentation will be held in English and will be made via a telephone conference with an accompanying webcast.

Nordgold’s Chief Executive Officer, Nikolai Zelenski, and Chief Financial Officer, Sergey Zinkovich, will present the Company’s financial results for Q4 and full year 2012 and will provide details of Nordgold’s growth plans.
