Amsterdam, Netherlands, August 20, 2014 – Nord Gold N.V. ("Nordgold" or "the Company", LSE: NORD) will announce its IFRS results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2014 on Friday, August 29, 2014.

Telephone Conference and Q&A Session

The Company will hold an analyst conference call at 12:30 pm London time (3:30 pm Moscow time) on Monday, September 1, 2014. The presentation will be held in English and will be made via a telephone conference with an accompanying webcast.
