Notice of the Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2013 Financial Results

Amsterdam, Netherlands, February 13, 2014 – Nord Gold N.V. ("Nordgold" or "the Company", LSE: NORD) will announce its IFRS results for the fourth quarter and twelve months ended December 31, 2013 on Monday, February 24, 2014.

The Company will hold an analyst conference call at 12:30 pm London time (4:30 pm Moscow time) on February 24, 2014. The presentation will be held in English and will be made via a telephone conference with an accompanying webcast.

The financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2013 will be presented during a telephone conference.
